What is Roamers Academy?
Roamers Academy is an online learning platform operated by Roamers Therapy, LLC, offering continuing-education (CE) courses for mental-health professionals.
Who are your courses for?
Our courses are designed for licensed clinicians, counselors, and social workers seeking approved CE credits and professional development.
Are your CE credits approved?
Yes. Roamers Therapy, LLC is an approved continuing-education sponsor by IDFPR. Approval information is listed on each course page.
2. Account and Enrollment
How do I create a new Learner Account?
There are two ways to accomplish this: The first one is to simply connect with one of your social network accounts. It's the easiest way by far since you don’t need to remember yet another password. To log in, simply click on the button corresponding to the social network you prefer to use and follow the process. You will be asked to confirm your email address, so make sure that you enter a valid email address.
The second option for creating a new account is using your email. Click on the Create Account link that can be found in the login form.
Fill out the simple registration form with your name, email and desired password.
Can I access my courses right after purchase?
Yes. Once payment is processed, your course will appear in your dashboard immediately.
How long do I have access to my course?
Courses include lifetime access, unless otherwise stated.
Can I share my login with others?
No. Each account is individual and access sharing violates our Terms and Conditions.
3. Payments and Refunds
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal or Stripe’s secure checkout.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Roamers Academy does not store credit card information — all transactions are handled securely by Stripe or PayPal
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or completed the course. Once a course is started or completed, refunds are not available.
4. Course Certificates and CE Credits
How do I receive my certificate?
After completing the course and passing the quiz (if applicable), your certificate is generated automatically and available for download in your account.
Are your CE certificates accepted in my state?
Currently, our CE certificates are only accepted by the IDFPR in Illinois.
Can I use Roamers Academy courses for license renewal?
Yes. Each course lists the number of CE hours awarded upon completion.
5. Technical Support
I can’t log in. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset your credentials.

The video or quiz won’t load. How can I fix it?
Try clearing your browser cache or switching to Chrome or Safari. If issues persist, submit a ticket with screenshots.
Do you offer mobile access?
Yes. You can access all courses on mobile, tablet, or desktop.
6. Data Privacy and Security
What information do you collect?
We collect only what’s needed for your account, course access, and certification (e.g., name, email, license number).
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell or share your data for advertising purposes.
